Salesforce.org recently released a new open source Program Management Module (PMM). The PMM is applicable to a broad range of nonprofits who want to use Salesforce for program management, from human services to school-based programs and from housing to capacity-building organizations.
We’ve created three easy to install add-on reports for the Salesforce.org Program Management Module (PMM). These reports are designed to help front-line staff (case managers, program managers, etc.) track their service deliveries with clients:
- My Service Deliveries Last Month. This report provides front-line staff with a list of services they delivered to clients in the previous month sorted by date. This can help with time tracking or workload management.
- My Services by Client Last Month. This report lets front-line staff see what services they have delivered to clients in the previous month, grouped by client.
- My Service Deliveries by Program/Client. This report can help front-line staff see what services they have delivered, grouped by program and client in this month and last month.
Need another field included? Want the report sorted differently? Need to see data from another timeframe? Once installed, all three reports can easily be cloned and modified to match your specific use case.
