Funder Compliance and Attendance Tracking
BRIDGE Housing provides affordable housing in more than 90 communities across California, Oregon, and Washington. They develop and manage properties as well as provide rich programs and services to their residents.
The majority of their funding comes from a small number of funders with strict stipulations about the kind of programs that must be made available to their residents. BRIDGE must deliver these programs to remain compliant and continue receiving this critical funding. We worked with the BRIDGE team to create a system to improve their funder compliance reporting and tracking. The system integrates with their YARDI property management database to allow them to effectively track resident attendance at onsite programs.
The second phase in 2017 upgraded their system to Lightning Experience, enhanced the onsite class registration system, and provided tools for better communication with property managers. In 2019 we moved their attendance tracking system to Salesforce Communities.
