Employee Assistance Program
Wellspring Family and Community Services helps children, adults, and families who are experiencing crisis take the next step forward through a broad set of programs. Wellspring runs an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as a social enterprise to fund Wellspring’s Community Services.
Bigger Boat worked with the Wellspring EAP team to move them to Salesforce Service Cloud from EAP Expert. This move provided a number of immediate and substantial benefits to the team. It gave them a customized provider search functionality which allowed them to more quickly and reliably match clients with therapists. The new system gave them a more accurate billing system for authorized sessions. These and other changes have freed staff time and allowed them to serve their clients more effectively.
