The Midwest Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) supports and facilitates centers that assist children who are victims of abuse. Midwest Regional CAC serves a 12-state region in the Midwestern United States.
We worked with the Midwest Regional CAC team to create a system that enables their team to more effectively track work with member centers and agencies. The system eliminated a multitude of tools that had been used for tracking technical assistance, program payments, and funder reporting.
We loved the learn-while-creating approach as we began to build out the database and come up with unique solutions for our programs needs. Not only are they clearly experts on Salesforce and the many different ways to incorporate it into our organization, but they also helped us walk through workflow changes that have already made our work more efficient.
