Community Care Program, Donor and Volunteer Management

Jubilee REACH provides mentoring, tutoring, and after-school clubs and sports across 14 Bellevue public schools. The core of their work is delivered by their 1,000 volunteers.

Jubilee REACH’s legacy Donor Pro system lacked the flexibility to meet the needs of their investor relations and program teams. Bigger Boat helped the Jubilee REACH team move to a centralized Salesforce system using the Lightning Experience user interface. The system uses the Nonprofit Success Pack and Volunteers for Salesforce.

Bigger Boat Consulting implemented a “Discovery Phase” project before the migration of data to understand the data needs of the organization. This not only helped with Phase 1 of our data conversion but also helped us to understand the long term potential of what Salesforce can do.
