Housing Connector

Housing Connector connects private property owners in King County with those most in need of housing. They work with their property partners to lower barriers to housing and increase affordable housing capacity.

Bigger Boat worked with Housing Connector to build them a Salesforce system to track their end to end work. This includes:

• Recruiting landlords as property partners to provide affordable housing units
• Engaging community partners so they know about new options for their client’s affordable housing needs
• Tracking residents placed in housing and key organization metrics related to people and families housed
