Homeless Prenatal Program (HPP) is a nationally-recognized family resource center in San Francisco that empowers homeless and low-income families. They provide programs and services to help families become healthy, stable, and self-sufficient.
HPP reached out to us when their existing Salesforce case management system no longer met their needs. We worked with them to extensively rebuild their system to meet their current needs. We also ensured that their Salesforce administrator understood their system and was able to own changes going forward. The entire HPP team is now able to see the client’s journey through Salesforce.
