Homeowner Energy Efficiency Programs


Enhabit matches homeowners with the best contractors and financing options for performing energy and seismic retrofits. Enhabit needs to be able to efficiently perform matches and track progress as homeowners move through the process of working with contractors and banks.

We worked with the Enhabit team to build a Salesforce solution used for qualifying leads, identifying and developing opportunities with homeowners, managing the pipeline of projects, and providing project management support to homeowners and contractors. The first step of the process was migrating off a legacy system (Optix). The resulting system provides them with the operational efficiency and flexible customer experience they require.

Phenomenal collaborators! Bigger Boat was competitively selected for our project. Beyond meeting the technical requirements the decision was largely based on alignment of values and method of approach. The team exceeded the requirements of the contract but also expectations in terms of collaboration. Extraordinarily pleasant to work with, they dealt with some unexpected changes in stride from our side.
