Homeowner Energy Efficiency Programs
Enhabit matches homeowners with the best contractors and financing options for performing energy and seismic retrofits. Enhabit needs to be able to efficiently perform matches and track progress as homeowners move through the process of working with contractors and banks.
We worked with the Enhabit team to build a Salesforce solution used for qualifying leads, identifying and developing opportunities with homeowners, managing the pipeline of projects, and providing project management support to homeowners and contractors. The first step of the process was migrating off a legacy system (Optix). The resulting system provides them with the operational efficiency and flexible customer experience they require.
