All Chicago works to prevent and reduce homelessness through many programs. Bigger Boat worked with the All Chicago team to allow them to manage their rapid re-housing workflow in Salesforce, including landlord management, unit readiness, and rental payment approval. The Rapid Re-Housing Hive was launched in November of 2022. The Hive is an Experience Cloud portal that allows external agency case managers to see a curated selection of available apartments for their clients. Case managers can search for and view apartments based on criteria, then select an apartment for the client and move forward with the leasing process. Watch All Chicago demo the Hive.
