Mikayla started her career as a solo Salesforce Administrator at Childhaven in 2016. She has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem ever since as a consultant and an admin. She loves to thoroughly analyze client problems, weigh multiple solution options, and build features that provide the best user experience.
Mikayla is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant who also has expertise working with Experience Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), and the Program Management Module (PMM). She is working towards receiving her Nonprofit Cloud Consultant and Developer Platform I Certification.
Mikayla loves spending time with her two pups, Jax and Payla (Mini Pinscher/Chihuahuas). She enjoys taking weekend trips to the beach during summer (her peaceful place) and visiting the mountains for snowboarding in the winter.
