Bigger Boat Consulting founder Brad Struss is committed to empowering organizations to use data-driven solutions to improve mission management.
Brad brings more than two decades of technology leadership experience from companies such as Microsoft and NPower Northwest. He has been recognized four times as a Salesforce MVP. He’s a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, and a certified ScrumMaster.
He was a Partner at Social Venture Partners Seattle for ten years and was a founding board member of Summer Search Seattle. He spent 4 years as the co-leader of the Seattle Salesforce Nonprofit User Group. Brad has been a speaker on a variety of nonprofit data management topics at Dreamforce, Do Good Data, the Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC), UW DRIVE, the Social Venture Partners International Conference, and the UW Fundraising Management Program.
Brad loves spending time with his family, being outdoors, and sometimes climbing mountains*.
* Climbs have included, but are not limited to Mount Rainier, Mount Long, Mount Baker, Kite Hill in Gasworks Park, and a failed attempt on Aconcagua.
