Since 2005, Wendie Hipolito has dedicated her career to enhancing nonprofit database and operational systems to help organizations advance their missions.
Wendie has a life-long passion and commitment to strengthening local economies, improving community resilience, and advancing social and economic justice. She has served as the in-house project manager and business analyst on increasingly complex technology projects, including three Salesforce implementations and an accounting software conversion.
Most recently, she led a large-scale Salesforce implementation for a global health organization that enabled cross-collaboration across nine departments located around the world. Wendie has been certified as a ScrumMaster, Salesforce Administrator, and PMD Pro2 Project Manager.
When not working to change the world at work, she’s riding her e-bike across Seattle with her 5-year-old son, baking “healthy” cookies at home, and volunteering her time to Drawdown Seattle, a solution-focused community organization working to engage the community in reversing global warming.
