Jamie loves to see how technology can improve the lives of non-profit staff, and to watch people light up with excitement from systems we build.
Jamie has spent the majority of her career within the nonprofit space. At Sightlife she was responsible for the rollout of two monumental shifts in how the organization managed data. Through her product ownership of the critical data integration with Salesforce, she helped streamline the way data was stored, managed, and interpreted across all organizational systems. She also defined requirements and executed a data warehouse project that gave the organization the ability to make more informed, strategic decisions.
While working at a child welfare non-profit she led a variety of complex organization-wide SaaS implementations including Zoom, a new contract management system, and OneDrive. Through these projects she spearheaded an organizational change management framework to help colleagues roll out new tools and improved adoption of new technology within the organization.
She’s passionate about setting team members and projects up for success as well as highlighting individuals’ strengths to get the most out of a team and an implementation. She really enjoys celebrating big and small wins with the team!
In her personal time, she can be found snuggling her dog, reading from a big stack of books, backpacking, biking, and probably wandering around a book store collecting more books.
Some of her favorite books:
- Anything by Brene Brown, especially ‘Braving the Wilderness’
- ‘Untamed’ by Glennon Doyle
- ‘Educated’ by Tara Westover
