Heidi Norgaard is a passionate believer in the power of good design and intuitive user experience to help people spend less time clicking and more time doing good.
Heidi has been working in the nonprofit community since 2009. She has been building and supporting CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform since 2013. Her experience in the arts and health sectors has informed her focus on people-centered solutions that enable users to make data-driven decisions for their organizations.
Heidi spent the past 3 years as the Salesforce administrator at SightLife. In her role, she supported and enhanced a system for 150 users in the US and India. Heidi is a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Administrator. She is an active participant in local user groups.
In her free time, Heidi can be found perfecting recipes and making delicious delights* for her friends and family.
* Delights include homemade pretzels, old-fashioned glazed donuts, pelmeni Russian dumplings, chocolate fudge, and her all-time favorite, the Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich.
