The National Children’s Advocacy Center (NCAC) provides customized training for child abuse response professionals. The NCAC Training Center trains thousands of people each year on how to recognize and support maltreated children. NCAC serves as the model for over 1,000 Children’s Advocacy Centers around the world.
Bigger Boat helped NCAC create a Salesforce system that is the single source of truth for training and technical assistance data. This enables them to see a complete and correct view of all the professionals they work with. The system and processes are set up to bring in data from their existing tools (CVent, Adobe Connect, Absorb LMS) used for in-person events, online training, webinars, and an annual symposium.
