Client, Classroom, and Program Management
The Foundation for Blind Children (FBC) works with people who have vision impairment. Their mission is to provide education, tools, and services that enable all persons with vision loss to achieve greater independence.
The core of FBC’s work involves providing group classes and one-on-one services (i.e. speech therapy) to their clients. They track students, families, and time spent working with clients in a group or individually. They are reimbursed by the state for time spent with clients.
We worked with FBC to build a flexible and client-centric Salesforce program system to manage their client work. FBC now has a system that enables its team to work more efficiently and effectively. The system allows them to have a holistic view of their clients and services.

We loved working with Bigger Boat. Their project manager was able to keep us focused on our end goal and stopped us from adding things to the project that would have delayed implementation. We were able to complete the project on time and within our budget.
